One " Bodacious Burrito" with rice, beans, cheese n salsa

Beverage: 1 diet soda or water 

The low calorie recipe for Bodacious Burrito

Lower Calorie, Lower Fat  Recipe Ingredients

1 large whole-wheat flour tortilla shell OR use flour tortilla shell of your choice -   (allow 200 calories or less)

1/2 cup of refried beans

1 teaspoon of ground chili powder (optional)

1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin (optional)

1 slice of mozzarella cheese, skim (60 calories)

1/2 cup of cooked rice

Salsa

How to Prepare This Diet Recipe

Warm beans and rice with spices and add about 1/4 cup of your favorite salsa.

Warm flour tortilla in microwave for a few seconds, then remove and fill with bean mixture.

Top with cheese then fold over into a burrito.

Enjoy with additional salsa if desired.
