What's on the 3 Day Diet Menu by Diet Bites
Day 1 of our 3 Day Diet contains a big omelet, pita pocket stuffed with chicken salad, a meatball sandwich and lots of fresh fruit. Day 2 of our 3 Day Diet contains a delicious breakfast bagel sandwich, a large burrito for lunch and a tasty Philly steak and cheese for dinner - as well as an assortment of fruit throughout the day.
Day 3 of our 3 Day Diet contains more fresh fruit, a corn chip pie, a tasty sausage and egg biscuit and a big tuna salad.
An assortment of diet-wise drinks & beverages can be enjoyed throughout the day and we highly encourage 8 glasses (i.e. cups) of water.
We also recommend doing an activity that you truly enjoy for about 15 minutes per day, whether it's walking through a mall shopping or shooting hoops.
Because one of the biggest mistakes made by dieters is tackling a diet that is too low in calories, we've built our 3 Day Diet on 1,500 calories.
