Popcorn!
I have always loved popcorn.
On my diet, I only used hot air popped corn that
I popped in a hot air popcorn popper. Many of
the microvable versions contained too much sodium, fat
and calories. The popper was inexpensive (about $14.00).
I sprayed the popcorn with the zero calorie butter spray.
The low calorie popcorn
worked well for an afternoon snack and a late evening
snack with diet soda.
