Cinnamon Hot Air Popcorn - A
bowl of fresh hot air popcorn is not only healthy, it's
a traditional party element. Spray hot popcorn with
Parkay refrigerator 'no calorie' butter spray. Next,
sprinkle popcorn with ground cinnamon and Splenda. Pour
into a large serving bowl. We recommend using either
a bag OR a large bowl when doctoring-up the popcorn
with the ground cinnamon & Splenda. To take your
popcorn to another level, sprinkle on a bit of vanilla
extract before adding ground cinnamon & Splenda.
Baked
Potato Skins -
This favorite party snack need not be high-fat or high-calorie.
Simply bake small potatoes, then slice into quarters.
Remove the potato flesh and mix with salt, pepper and
Parkay no calorie butter spray. Return potato mixture
to skins and
top with microwaved bacon & a bit of grated cheese.
Although most dieters gasp at the word 'bacon', most
strips contain about 35 calories. Sandwiching the bacon
in a damp paper while cooking in the microwave
cuts even more calories. The cheese? Think of that little
dab of cheese as part of your guest's Dairy fulfillment
for the day. In moderation, cheese can be a healthy
part of the daily diet.

It's almost too easy to look like a professional chef
these days with this easy-easy low calorie, low fat
recipe. Simply wrap honeydew melon wedges in Prosciutto ham and arrange
on a pretty tray.
