Weight Loss - Three of the biggest dieting mistakes.



 

Diet Mistake #1 - Dieting without planning.   This includes having a diet plan, a weight loss goal, and an activity schedule BEFORE setting out on a diet.

Diet Mistake #2 -   Expecting too much in too little time.   It takes a good while to pack on the pounds, and those " packed on pounds" unfortunately come off much slower than they were packed on.   It's not nearly as much fun, either.

 

 

Diet Mistake #3 - Not having a back up plan in place.   When a good back up plan is in place, dieting continues and weight loss ensues.   It's hard to fall far when you've got a Diet Safety Net in place.
