Weight Loss - Three of the biggest dieting mistakes.



 

Diet Mistake #1 - Dieting without planning.  This includes having a diet plan, a weight loss goal, and an activity schedule BEFORE setting out on a diet.

Diet Mistake #2 -  Expecting too much in too little time.  It takes a good while to pack on the pounds, and those "packed on pounds" unfortunately come off much slower than they were packed on.  It's not nearly as much fun, either.

 

 

Diet Mistake #3 - Not having a back up plan in place.  When a good back up plan is in place, dieting continues and weight loss ensues.  It's hard to fall far when you've got a Diet Safety Net in place.
