A Diet for Dieters in Need of Losing

The

2
Phase
2 gets more aggressive by addressing the foods that
may be inside the daily diet which are so high in calorie
content they prohibit weight loss, even when enjoying
one serving.
Example:
Jill sits down to dinner and prepares to fill her plate
according to Phase 1 of the Lose 30 Pounds or Less Diet Plan.
This is what is on the table:
- -
boxed stuffing
- -
fried chicken
- -
mashed potatoes with butter
- -
garlic cheese bread
If
Jill takes out one serving each of the above
foods, her plate will contain about 1,400 calories.
However, it's obvious that Jill would have need
of losing far more than 30 pounds or less if
she ate like this all the time. Then again,
if Jill ate this type of meal filled with high
calories and high fat from time to time, this
is enough to prompt weight gain equaling those
30 pounds or less over time and it also sets
the stage for future weight gain.
Phase
2 - Daily Homework which needs to be performed
in conjunction with Phase 1:
Weigh
before starting Phase 2, just as you did before starting
Phase 1 of the diet plan. You will need to weigh again
in one week to reveal your weight loss success.
This
week you will need to:
Cut out all fried foods from your daily diet.
Switch to skim-based dairy products.
Limit cheese to one slice per day.
Toss out the iron skillet & switch to a non-stick
pan. While you are tossing out the skillet, toss out any
oil that isn't Olive Oil. Use Olive Oil sparingly when
needed. Keep in mind that each Tablespoon contains about
120 calories.
At
the end of the week if the diet plan isn't working to
achieve weight loss, you may need to take a more aggressive
approach such as the following:
Determine calorie needs based on target weight. Our

Consume recommended calories. Yes, this means counting
calories as well as sticking to your Diet Guns until
you reach your target weight. Remember - for those individuals
having 30 pounds or less to lose, going OFF a diet plan
generally equals gaining MORE THAN 30 pounds over time.
