Zelda's Weight Loss Success Story

I lost about 12-15 pounds a month when I was dieting. I hit three weight loss plateaus: one after I had lost 15 pounds, another after I had lost 32 pounds, and another when I had lost 41 pounds. I seemed to stay at the same weight for a week or more during these plateaus. It was very depressing, and I felt like giving up many times. But I stayed the course and when almost 4 months had passed - I WAS AT MY WEIGHT GOAL!!! I HAD WON!!!
I celebrated by riding my bike through the woods of a local state park on a bright, sunshiney Saturday morning. I cannot express the joy that I felt over my personal success. The sun was on my face, and the wind was blowing through my uncombed hair and I felt like the most lucky creature on God's green earth! I felt beautiful inside like never before.
In closing, I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU TO DIET BITES! This site is the only site that I have found that truly embraces the dieter with motivation and sound advice. Diet Bites was a big factor in my success. It was here for me when I needed motivation. And something else that I really like about Diet Bites is that it's not filled with big ads that try to take advantage of someone who is desperate to lose weight and is seeking a miracle.
