Constipation Can Range From Mild to Severe

A clogged drain backs up the plumbing - but in the case of the body, a clogged bowel can translate to serious health woes, including weight gain.

The individual is already feeling miserable due to constipation and weight gain on top of that is enough to bog the body down, making it even more sluggish and tired.
