Weight Gain & Constipation

A clogged drain backs up the plumbing - but in the case of the body, a clogged bowel can translate to serious health woes, including weight gain.
The individual is already feeling miserable due to constipation and weight gain on top of that is enough to bog the body down, making it even more sluggish and tired. Keep in mind that toxins are also excreted when our system is in good working order. The longer they remain in the body, the more apt they are to permeate our bodies.
So we're just not dealing with weight gain - rather weight gain, toxins and the bloated feeling that accompanies constipation.
Just as the clogged drain backs up the plumbing, a clogged bowel sets off an imbalance in the body to a point that it isn't functioning efficiently.
The body requires energy (food) to property function and in turn breaks down energy and routes it to where it is required throughout the body. What is not needed or used by the body is recognized and tagged as waste, and is routed to the bowel.
