How Often Should You Weigh? | Weight Loss Photos: Before & After A Thanksgiving Feast Diet Poem
A Thanksgiving Diet
Poem, Copyrighted by

With the Thanksgiving Holidays at hand, we thought that it would be fun to work out our diet frustrations on a poem. If you've ever been dieting during the holidays, we think that you can relate to the 'painful' event. We hope that you enjoy this Dieter's Poem - and yes, please enjoy Thanksgiving Day, too! A Thanksgiving Feast was about to commence
The table was special, decorated with
flair,
Ready to feast, with family and friends,
But as for me, I'm on this durn diet,
A sniff of the hot rolls, a snort of the eggnog,
Nothing for me except a small Spanish olive,
Maybe a pickle and a stick of celery,
Those sweet potatoes sure look nice, Cranberry sauce, a spoon or two,
Some gravy here, and some gravy there,
A slice of pie, a trail of cake,
Oh, sweet divinity here, peanut brittle there,
Perhaps another slice of Grandma's pumpkin pie,
Another cup of apple cider,
