A free diet plan based on cool foods to enjoy amid the hotter times of the year.

Breakfast Menu:

1 cup of strawberries, 1 boiled egg, slice of whole grain toast plus 1 serving of reduced fat margarine, 1 cup of skim milk.

Lunch Menu:

3 ounces of lean deli meat
1 serving of cool reduced fat cottage cheese
1 kangaroo pocket
assortment of fresh vegetables and a serving of light fruit based salad dressing

Mix all the ingredients except the pocket bread and stuff inside. Also add a serving of orange juice and a pear to your meal.

Dinner Menu:

Let's continue to keep things cool by enjoying a large salad which contains your favorite summertime fresh vegetables.

Add three ounces of your favorite protein (meat or beans) and add your favorite light dressing.

Enjoy with whole grain crackers and a serving of grapefruit juice.
