Subway Calories

Subway is one of the Little Darlings for Darling Dieters and most everything on their menu serves up a healthy mix of Diet Faire. Subway is Tom's and my favorite restaurant in the world.
With that said, there are a few new items on the menu that are so hefty in calories that they could blow Jared out of his thin jeans. Yes, those new Subway Fresh Toasted Sandwiches are flat delicious, but a few weigh in as True Heavy Weights.
They are totally delicious (and yes, I gobbled one down but unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the calorie content until after consumption) (and yes, it was worth the calories and fat - and the necessity of watching what else that I put in my mouth for the rest of the day to offset the calories/fat).
Here's the nutritional and calorie information for the Subway Fresh Toasted Sandwiches - and take heart that a couple of the sandwiches are indeed heart-healthy*. As a note, even those these sandwiches are heavy-hitters, Subway is still your best stop if you are dieting:
