Do you like loud clothing? Loud perfume? What about loud music? If you enjoy loud music, your future hearing abilities are at risk. If you continue to listen to loud music, you may not even be able to hear yourself windy when you get older. You don't want that to happen, do you? Of course not! That is exactly what happened to our model to the right, Ms. Bertha Icanthearyou. Sad story. In her younger days, she use to play her organ at full blast. Then one day, something very special happened. The loud music blew out her eardrums. It was a double blow because she played by ear.
So, how do you know if your music is too loud? - If your car shakes when the music is playing and it's not a low-rider with bouncing struts, then your music is too loud. - If you can see your parent's tonsils when they ask you to turn down the volume, then your music is too loud. - If your dog is howling, then your music is too loud. - If your 110-year old neighbor can hear your music, then your music is too loud. - If the world is ringing after your music is turned off, then your music is too loud and you may have sustained hearing damage. What can you do? Turn down the volume. Your hearing is a precious gift that usually isn't appreciated until it's gone. So turn down the volume and hear the music for the rest of your life - and your windy's too!
