7 Things to Keep Your Motivated for Weight Loss

First and foremost, you should aim to get to a healthy weight for yourself.

However, sometimes it's hard to dig up enough Diet Motivation unless we have something on our heels chasing us towards our weight loss goals OR something pulling at our heartstrings.

Here is a list that just might do it for you!

1. Lose weight for your kids, grandkids or spouse.  They want you around for a long time and an unhealthy weight level cuts life short.

2. Lose weight for that smaller sized outfit that you really love.  Purchase the outfit, then try it on each week until you glide into it.

Trust me - this worked magic for me when I ditched my big load of unwanted weight.  I bought a swimsuit and at first, I looked like a sumo wrestler wearing butt floss - but finally, that swimsuit glided on!

3. Lose weight to feel good physically.

4. Lose weight to feel good mentally.

5. Lose weight to boost your self-confidence.

6. Losing weight can solve many medical problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and so forth.  Before I ditched my unwanted weight, my blood pressure was out the roof.  Once the weight was off, no more meds for high blood pressure!

7. Lose weight so that you'll never have to do it again!
