Questions About Losing Weight

How much weight can I expect to lose each week? On average, about two pounds per week.  If you have a lot of weight to lose (over 30 pounds) you may see a big loss register on the weight scales at the beginning of your diet.  As time goes along and your weight drops, the numbers tighten up with most dieters seeing less weight lost per week.

How would losing weight be of benefit to me, other than an improvement in my health? Losing weight not only boosts health, it also improves how the body feels, looks and functions.


Does weight loss help in clearing up mental fog? Yes, and in many cases, it's the root of mental fog.

I have almost 200 pounds to lose.  Why should I even try? Think about weight loss in this manner....  Why fret for years about being overweight when you can hop in and begin to lose the weight immediately?  Individuals who have a lot of weight to lose are generally pleasantly surprised when they start a diet plan.
