There was a story a few years back about weightlifter training for the Olympics. The weightlifter was lifting a tremendous amount of weight but was working to increase that amount so that he could win Gold. His trainer added a pound to the amount and the weightlifter began the process of levitating the weights. He failed miserably. Despondent, he asked his trainer to remove the added pound and revert to the weight limit that he knew he could lift. His trainer had other visions for his 'student'. Rather than removing the pound, he added an additional pound and stood back and prepared to watch. Amazingly, the weightlifter lifted the weights with confidence, almost effortlessly. Of course he was stunned when his trainer informed him that he had added rather than subtracted weight.
