Grilling is eons better than dipping foods in batters then frying them in oil. "Oil those calories' equal wads of unwanted fat on the body. So drag out that pretty grill, toss on some lean protein choices. If you grill meat with the skin and fat, be sure to remove before eating. And toss some veggies on that fire-hot grill as long as it's a-going. 2. Banana pudding is a favorite for July 4th celebrations - and it should fit very nicely into your weight loss plan. To prepare, purchase the sugar free, low fat pudding mix and use skim milk rather than whole milk.
