There you stand, gazing at the Queen olive on your plate - not in the least bit fascinated by its studded red strip of pimento, yet not knowing which way to turn as you struggle to lose weight.


You're not alone; every year there are millions of dieters who feel much the same; the only differences is the amount of weight they may have to lose as well as the objects on their meal plates.
