Ready, Roy? Then hop on!

Round Up Time

Bunk House Rule #1

Round up all those stray goodies and lock them in the pokey for three days.  You'll survive just fine and feel all the better for it - and lighter on the scales to boot!

Bunk House Rule #2

For three days, enjoy sugar-free beverages. No hooch, no rotgut whiskey and no lite beer. Use calorie free sweeteners to tasty-up your swigs. Good example: 1 glass of well water, 1 good squeeze from a lemon, and a few packs of sweetener. It's good stuff! Just be sure to dump in plenty of sweetener or your mouth will end up lookin' like a jute tobacco bag. Note that when we refer to Splenda/Equal/Nutrasweet, you may of course choose a generic brand of sweetener.

The Cowboy Diet also incorporates 3 cups of skimmed milk per day into the planner. If you don't like skimmed milk, then enjoy 1/2 cup of whole milk. If you aren't used to skim milk, here's a trick of the Diet Trade created by this here Diet Genius just for you!!  Add a couple of packets of Splenda plus a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla (or any flavor) extract to your milk. It's delicious!

Bunk House Rule #3

Take a stroll under the moonlight with your favorite companion, be it your horse, your woman, your man or your hound dog. A 10 minute stroll will do and 20 minutes will be even better. If there's no moon in sight, find a safe spot to walk. If you're unable to walk, simply do something energetic - such as dance to a twangy tune.  You don't even have to leave the bunk house to do that.

Some Cliff Notes

It helps us in developing future planners for Diet Bites. Feel free to drop us a line at .  Be sure to weigh the MORNING you begin your diet (preferably a Monday or a Tuesday) and again on the morning that your diet ends. For example, if you begin the diet on Monday, weigh on Monday morning (without clothing) and then again on Thursday morning, first thing (again without clothes).

With our Bunk House Rules out of the way, we're really to do some fancy ridin'!  Yee-ha!  Giddy up, Pardner!
