Top with banana half then add the whipped topping. You can also mash up the banana into the peanut butter, depending on how violent you want to get. For dessert, have the other half of the banana. Dinner: You can eat up to 4 cups of this luscious slaw. ½ head of green or purple cabbage shredded - or you can mix them for color Mix all ingredients except the Mayo. Measure out 4 cups of slaw. Next, stir in 1 Tablespoon of the Mayo. If that's not enough, add a bit more, but please measure. For dessert, enjoy another cup of the frozen strawberries with a bit of the light topping. DAY THREE Mid-Morning Snack: Lunch: A note on the acorn squash. Add some cinnamon and a Tablespoon of brown sugar PLUS a teaspoon of your no-calorie refrigerated butter spray. YUM! Dinner: That's it! Try it and see what you think. Be sure and drink plenty of fluids, especially water which helps cleanse the impurities from your system. This diet is NOT the healthiest diet in the world and is intended to illustrate that you don't have to starve to drop pounds.
