DAY THREE LUNCH:
Enjoy 4
tostada/chalupa shells spread with 1/2 cup of refried
beans (use 1/2 cup for all four). Add salsa as
desired and top all four using 2 slices of cheese that
have been divided into 4 large triangles. Place in microwave
until cheese melts. Top with a salad mix of chopped
lettuce, tomato, and onion if desired.
1 cup of
frozen strawberries or peaches topped with Splenda if
more sweetness is desired.
Enjoy tea or coffee
using Splenda and powdered creamer if desired.
DAY THREE DINNER:

1 grilled/broiled small
steak OR pork chop. 1 cup of green beans topped with
no calorie butter. 1 small ear of corn using the
no calorie butter, salt and pepper. 1 slice of
whole wheat/white bread.
Enjoy tea or coffee
using Splenda and powdered creamer if desired.
Enjoy 1 cup of skimmed
milk before bedtime.

for Day Three of the Diet Plan
Enjoy
3 pieces of fresh fruit spaced throughout
the day. Among our favorite choices
include: 2 plums, 1 pear, 1 cup of any melon,
1 medium apple, 1 small banana, 1 grapefruit,
1 cup grapes, 1 cup strawberries OR 3 servings
of frozen fruit which can be topped with
Splenda if more sweetness is desired.
