Breakfast Menu

1 serving of your favorite cereal either hot or cold

1/2 cup of skim milk

1 cup of whole strawberries or your favorite berries OR 1/2 grapefruit sweetened with no calorie sweetener

Low Calorie Beverage

Snack

1 slice of our angel food cake topped with 1/4 can of our mixed fruit PLUS 1 Tablespoon of Cool Whip.

Lunch Menu

Papa Bear's Easy Chili - simply toss the following together and heat and eat up to 2 cups:

1 medium can of dark or light kidney beans

1 medium can of pinto beans OR ranch beans OR red beans

1 medium can of drained yellow or white hominy

1 medium can of diced tomatoes

1 package of taco seasoning

You can also add onions and low fat cheese to the chili. This is a great chili to take to lunch or to a party - a real crowd-pleaser. If you'd like more tomato flavor in the recipe, add a small can of tomato sauce.

Snack

Enjoy 1 piece of your favorite fruit.

Dinner Menu

Papa Bear's Easy Burrito - Use the chili recipe above to create a delicious and filling burrito. Simply heat the chili and fill a large flour tortilla shell. Add low fat cheese and onions, fold and you have a tasty low calorie meal that's filling without the guilt.
