1 bagel spread with 1 Tablespoon of cream cheese (light OR regular) (fat-free sucks)
Your bagel should not exceed 300 calories. If it does, pinch off a bit and share with the birds or a cranky loved one. A bagel will cheer anyone up!
1 Cup of hot tea or coffee. For creamer, use the 'Creamora' type creamer (10 calories per spoon)
Let's enjoy 1 cup of tasty applesauce! If you don't like applesauce, enjoy an apple OR another piece of fruit you DO like.
4 slices of microwaved bacon (can be pan-fried, but BLT is much tastier when bacon is nuked)
2 slices of bread
lettuce & sliced tomatoes
1 Tablespoon of LIGHT Mayo (if you splurge and use regular Mayo, then pinch off more of your morning bagel)
Cook bacon in microwave, using a paper towel to absorb the unwanted grease. Toast bread in toaster. Spread bread with Mayo, add bacon, lettuce and tomatoes.
1 SMALL bag of pretzels OR potato chips (BAKED LAYS will save you a few calories) (try to keep your intake at 140 calories or less)
Enjoy with a no calorie beverage.
Enjoy a few carrot sticks. (You had a very good breaky and lunch!)
1 SMALL chicken breast OR thigh OR leg - Roast or bake or boil.
NOTE: prepare one extra piece of chicken which you will use for January 18th. Seal in the freshness!
1 Small potato, baked and topped with no calorie butter, salt and pepper.
1 cup of green beans.
1 cup of strawberries OR 1/2 of any fruit OR 1/2 cup of grapes (I like to dip my fruit in no calorie sweetener.)
Enjoy a no calorie beverage.
