Dieting - Ethel, Regular or Supreme?

The importance of putting a Diet Tiger in your tank.

One of my favorite lines in a movie was one by Burt Reynolds when the gas station attendant asked him which grade of gas that he wanted.

He said, "Ethel, if she's working."  It was a great line.

And considering the ever-rising price of fuel these days, let's see if we can pinpoint the different grades of fuel that may be in your diet plan and if you're getting the most for your Diet Buck.

Diet Regular - The basic run of the mill fuel.

The cheapest (if you can call it cheap) fuel available for your Diet Motor.  Expect sputtering, missing out, tapping and at times, a stalled diet plan.

Diet Regular generally includes fad diets, restricted diets, and those diets that do not have a plan. Seriously consider switching to a Supreme Diet Plan asap, or a Diet Ethel plan at minimum.

Diet Ethel - The Ethel Diet is a higher notch diet which has a good rate of weight loss success.

Expect a bit of engine jerking and occasional stall-outs.

Diet Ethel generally includes restricted diets that incorporate a healthy eating pattern and thus, are considered safe by the Diet World.

These diets may totally exempt a food from the diet plan.

Ethel diets include carb restricted diets and same fat counting gram diets. Seriously consider switching to a Supreme Diet Plan asap because most Ethel Dieters quickly regain the weight once they ditch the diet plan.

Diet Supreme - This diet plan is supreme in all aspects.

It includes a healthy diet plan, moderate exercise, detailed healthy menus and gives the dieter the run of the road in food choices, even allowing for an occasional favorite food such as cake, ice cream or candy in moderation.

The dieter excels to quick weight loss leaving no rubber marks behind.
