DIETING, HOW MUCH WATER DO I NEED EACH DAY?

 

Most individuals require 8 - 10 glasses of water per day to ensure a healthy body.

Water has become a huge craze in the Diet Arena, accelerated by big-boy Water Manufacturers and those businesses that make the 'purification attachments' for your kitchen. The slogan generally goes something like, "Drink as much water each day as you possibly can to ensure optimum health'.  This could indeed be fatal.

Studies indicate that the death of many long-distant runners was associated with an imbalance of the electrolytes in the body.  

Bottom line: be sure to enjoy your 8 glasses of water per day, but don't drown yourself in the process.
