Oh - and let's not forget our sixth sense: a little common sense!
Sense of Diet Touch When dining, if your food is greasy to the touch, then do a Diet Stop, Diet Look and Diet Listen because odds are, you're holding more fat in your fingers than the Crisco Kid.
If your fingers are sticky and you haven't been handling money, again do a Diet Stop, Diet Look and Diet Listen because odds are, you're holding more sugar than daddy.
And if your fingers are salty and you haven't been working the salt mines, once again do a Diet Stop, Diet Look and Diet Listen because odds are, you're holding enough sodium on your fingers to blow up the Goodyear Blimp.
