Our tasty, low calorie, low fat recipe for Key Lime Pie is very healthy because it's made with a healthy secret ingredient.

1 graham cracker pie crust (containing no more than 1,000 calories)

2 cups of extra light whipped topping (15-20 calories per 2 Tablespoons)

1 lime (optional)

1/2 package of light cream cheese (optional)

How to Prepare

Delicately fold Key Lime Pie flavored yogurt with topping. Pour into pie crust and allow to set in fridge about 1 hour before enjoying.

To enhance the limey flavor of your pie, squeeze just a bit of fresh lime into the topping mixture before you fill the pie crust.

Grate a bit of the rind into the mixture as well.  Pour into crust; grate a bit more rind on top of pie.  Allow to set in fridge for about 1 hour before enjoying.

Extra Creamy Recipe Instructions for Jamaica Key Lime Pie:   

Begin by squeezing the juice of lime onto the cream cheese that you have placed into a mixing bowl.  Mix; grate a bit of rind into the mix.  Next, fold in topping and yogurt.  Pour into pie crust and allow 1 hour in the fridge before enjoying.

Pie generously serves 6-8. Calories for simple recipe when pie is cut into 6 servings contain about 200 - 250 calorie per slice.
