The Recipe for Diet Pancakes

small pack of pancake mix – the 'all you need to add is water' variety

butter spray - the refrigerated variety such as "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" or "Parkay"(0 calories)

non-stick no-calorie spray (0 calories)

powdered sugar (yes, the real stuff) (15 calories per Teaspoon)

1/2 banana (about 50 calories)

1/2 cup of lowfat vanilla pudding that's been prepared with skim milk (about 100 calories)

non-fat whipped topping (15 calories per Tablespoon)

 

Prepare pancakes using the non-stick no-calorie spray to cook them with. Spray cooked cakes with 'butter'. Top one cake with the pudding, then with sliced or mashed banana. Top with whipped topping and dust with powdered sugar.
