MINIMUM DAILY CALORIE ALLOTMENT WHILE DIETING

 

Anything under 1,200 calories without a doctor's supervision can be dangerous to your health or even fatal.

Take note that many people require more calories per day and the 1,200 allotment just may not be enough, especially if you have a lot of weight that you need to lose.

Some signals from your body that alert you to rethink your calorie intake include:

- dizziness

- cloudy thoughts

- depressive thoughts

- anxiety or stress overload

- sweating

- chills

- diarrhea
