As we can readily see, the nonfat milk contains about one-half the caloric values as whole milk in addition to almost four times the calcium benefits. A bit surprising, isn't it?

- For about 80 calories per serving, milk makes a very good beverage to enjoy with our meal plate.

- Milk can cause digestive system issues for some individuals such as those with lactose intolerance. It can also occasionally contribute to constipation as well as diarrhea in individuals who do not suffer from lactose intolerance.

Where lactose intolerance is involved, it creates much pain and discomfort for the individual. They may experience bloating, constipation, diarrhea, burping, excessive gas along with abdominal pain - but not occasionally, rather whenever they drink milk.
