We don't like being overweight - not at all! However, our brains are very good at accepting our choices and that reflects on our outlook. If we tell our brain, 'It's okay that I am overweight. I'm feeling much better than when I was on that damned diet,' then we settle into contentment until concern over our unwanted weight emerges somewhere in the future. Therefore, let's have some fun so that we'll stay motivated, stay content, and stay on our diet! One of the most fun ways of exercising is a hula hoop - and yes, men, you can use it too!
