If you truly despise the idea of going on a diet but you have an intense desire to lose weight, try the following: - limit portions at mealtimes to one serving - eat only one treat per day - walk 10 to 15 minutes a day - cut sodas out of your daily diet and replace that with water - slow down when eating and chew your food well - avoid bingeing - try to make dinner as early in the day as possible - cut out snacks - substitute the following for the REAL deals: no calorie butter spray for real butter; sugar substitutes for real sugar; non stick cooking spray for oils; light or lowfat salad dressing for regular dressings; mustard for Mayo. |
