Diet, Weight Loss Tips, Weight Loss Support, Weight Loss & Dieting Advice WILL I EAT LESS IF I EXERCISE? |
|
Exercise increases the body's efficiency in processing the foods that we eat. Just as a well-kept machine uses less oil, the body will desire less food and use the food that we eat in a more efficient manner with exercise. Exercise also assists in combating hunger pains by helping to keep blood sugar levels stable. Many individuals feel that increased activity also increases hunger. If this appears to be the case, make a pack with yourself to stick with an exercise routine for two weeks - something as simple as walking 15 minutes per day. After that time, see if you feel better. See if you look better. And take a look at your diet to see if you are indeed eating less. It never hurts to give something that is so beneficial and that can add years to one's life, a fair shot! A longer life - is it worth the trade-off? |
