On average, the human body is about 60% water - all but our little brains which are about 70% water. Talk about 'water in the brain'.

Our blood is about 80% water and our lungs, 90% water.

Throughout the day, even if we are sedentary, we lose water via perspiration, urination, bowel movements, and breathing.

Most foods that we consume contain 70-90% water.

Looks like water makes the Diet World go round! As we can see, it's extremely important to get in the necessary water requirements each and every day.

How much water do certain foods contain? Here are a few that are superior when it comes to water content - and we're basing our list on solid foods rather than on liquids because that would be, a no-brainer. Let's start with one big boy where water content is concerned - the watermelon:
