Total calories in the recipe: About 150 calories per serving or about 300 in the entire recipe. 4 Ingredient Diet Caramelized Appetizers or Snacks You will need the following ingredients to prepare this recipe: 1 cup of Kellogg's Rice Krispies (or your favorite brand) 2 Tablespoons of Smuckers Fat Free Caramel Topping (for ice cream - 130 Calories) 1 Teaspoon of Golden Raisins (or Dark Raisins) 1 Teaspoon of Crushed Pecans Mix all of the ingredients and press into a pan lined with wax paper to prevent sticking. Cut into squares. These tend to be gooey and very sticky so you may have need of a spoon. If you enjoyed this lower fat recipe you may enjoy experimenting with the other ice cream sauces.
