Recipes
for Diet Balls to tingle your tastebuds & lift your spirits! We've
made them ultra easy as they require NO BAKING!
The amount of balls that you end up
with depends upon how big you make your balls. The total calorie content is:
About 150 calories for all.
Great Diet Balls of Fire
- 1 ounce of Kraft Velveeta Light Cheese
- Pickled Jalapeno Pepper Slices (make
your balls as hot as you want)
- 1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Chopped Pecans OR Your
Favorite Nut
- 1 Tablespoon of Light Cream Cheese
- Dried Parsley, if desired
Smash together the Velveeta, pickled peppers, and light
cream cheese. Stir in the nuts. Form balls. Roll in the chili powder
OR dried parsley. If you roll your balls in the parsley, then add the
chili powder to your balls.
