Utilize
exercise in weight maintenance without pooping out your pooper.
The trick is to find an activity that
you will stick with for the rest of your life. Here's a good way to accomplish
that:
- First, think about some of the activities
that you enjoy.
- Next, think of other activities that
incorporate your favorite activity. Example: Teddy likes walking,
so he tried hiking. He loves hiking!
So if you enjoy horseshoes, you may love
bowling. If you enjoy cooking, you may think about taking your culinary
skills out into the wild around a campfire. You're certain to get in some
activity there!
Whatever you choose - stick with it!
You may even wish to choose something like...shopping. If necessary
(I doubt it), then FORCE yourself to shop for X amount of time. Plan to
park far out into the lot and get in some walking before you hit the floor of
the shops.
