Keep the food faire interesting!
There's nothing quite like a bland diet to give your tastebuds a very
bad case of 'Creme Filling Wanderlust'. Strive to satisfy all the tastes
your tongue craves: sweet, sour, salty, bitter AND go a step further!
Try
to incorporate foods that contain a variety of textures, as well as taste. If you feed yourself
lowfat cottage cheese and yogurt on a continuing basis, your jaws will long
to be exercised on chewy bagels, crunchy veggies, and zesty hot wings - all
of which can and should fit into a healthy diet.
Try
mixing cooked foods with raw foods,
such as fresh baby carrots and a healthy
carrot pudding. Sampling these
tastes and textures will help you identify
with your body's needs, and its wants.
Keep in mind that variety
is the spice of life, but too much spice can require a fire hose to extinguish
- so burn up your diet, rather enhance
it! Who says that enhancements
are bad?
