Q. I
am always hungry and my doctor told me that I must lose at least
75 pounds of weight for health reasons. He has put me on a very
restricted diet of main staples like fruits, vegetables, limited
starches, no sweets. Do you have anything you could recommend that
would help fill me up without containing a bunch of fat and calories?

A. Carl, sure I do! I'd highly
recommend cabbage. It's extremely low cal with 16 calories
per 1/2 cup. It is also a rich source of Vitamin C, a cancer
fighter, an immunity booster and packed with fiber.
