A few extra seconds of your time could
be all that you need to lose weight. How so? How could
losing weight be 'THIS' easy?
For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet
Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment
and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.
For one week, concentrate on a favorite
sport that you really like. Whether it's bowling, hiking, shooting
basketball or golf, stick with your routine and see what kind of
weight loss results you achieve.
Results can be enhanced by shifting to
a healthy diet, but the object of this Diet Experiment is to lose
unwanted pounds by means other than restricting food intake.
An added plus for this method of weight
loss is cardio strength.
If you have a lot of weight to lose, you'll
need to get permission from your doctor. It would be extremely rare,
for him/her to not allow you to at least walk - which is one of
the best forms of long term weight loss.
Start out by making your workout routine
short, then build up throughout the week. Even 15 minutes per day
might be enough to jump start the numbers on your scales.
At the end of one week, see if you've lost
any weight. Even if it's only a pound, over time that certainly
mounts up!
