WATER - FILL 'ER UP FOR WEIGHT LOSS!

A few extra seconds of your time could be all that you need to lose weight.  How so?  How could losing weight be 'THIS' easy?

For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.

For one week, drink 8 glasses of water each and every day. Make sure that you're drinking actual water and not water in the form of a soda, vegetable juice, coffee, tea, etc.  It needs to be water. 


Water aids in flushing impurities out of the body and is a great booster for the old kidneys.

It also helps keeping skin looking alive and healthy!

And it's also a great tool for weight loss because the water helps keep you feeling full.

After the week is ended, you may actually discover that you don't crave sodas, coffee, tea, etc. as you did before your Diet Experiment. The more you drink water, the less you'll crave the sweet beverages.

See how well you do at the end of the week. If the numbers on your weight loss scales went down, this may be all that you need to do to ensure Weight Loss Success!

Do take note not to overdo with the water. Drinking large volumes of water creates a disturbance in the electrolytes of the body and can cause serious health damage, including death.
