CREAM THE CREAM FOR WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS

A few extra seconds of your time could be all that you need to lose weight.  How so?  How could losing weight be 'THIS' easy?

For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.

For one week, avoid cream. Don't add any cream to your tea, your coffee, your mashed potatoes, and so forth.

Opt for skimmed milk for one week only.
