HIDE FROM FRIED FOR
WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS
A few extra seconds of your time could
be all that you need to lose weight. How so? How could
losing weight be 'THIS' easy?
For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet
Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment
and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.
For one week, don't eat anything fried.
Fried foods are extremely fatty, as one would imagine, and
they do some very bad things to the old ticker.
Opt for roasted meats and steamed veggies.
Avoid fried pied, fried bread, fried bananas - and oh look, wasn't
that Elvis standing over there? Yes, I believe so. Note the fried
peanut butter and banana sandwich in his hand? That's a definite
no no! At the end of the week, see if you achieved
weight loss. If so, this may indeed
be a key to your Weight Loss Success.
