A few extra seconds of your time could be all that you need to lose weight.  How so?  How could losing weight be 'THIS' easy?

 For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.

For one week, rather than eating dinner, try this:

Day 2, 4 & 6 - enjoy a good lunch and a healthy beverage for dinner. Try whipping together 3 cups of skimmed milk, several packets of Equal/Splenda and 1 cup of frozen strawberries.  You'll have a nutritious shake that thick, delicious and extremely satisfying.


Day 1, 3, 5 & 7 - enjoy a nice LARGE salad for dinner with a serving of bread.  Or enjoy a nice hearty bowl of soup with a serving of bread. Using the no calorie butter spray and light dressing will also help keep the numbers down on your weight loss scales.

Dinner should always be the lightest meal of the day because it's hard to burn off the calories before retiring for the night.

Omitting supper and opting for a nutritious shake is one of the best tools for weight loss. It's something that shouldn't be practiced every day, but from time-to-time, oh yeah!

At the end of the week, see if you achieved weight loss.  If so, this may indeed be a key to your Weight Loss Success.
