This is another one of our easiest Diet Experiments!  For ONE WEEK, omit all of the unhealthy goodies from your normal diet. Opt for lean meats, dairy products, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

This means enjoying an apple rather than a slice of apple pie AND a carrot rather than a slice of carrot cake. It's only for ONE WEEK and it may make a big difference on the numbers on your scales. 


An example for one meal might be: a serving of pasta, a small salad with light dressing, a breadstick with no-calorie butter spray, some green beans and a fruit salad.

See how much weight you can lose in ONE WEEK by trying this Diet Experiment. It may be all that you need to do to drop the unwanted pounds.

Simple Diet Fruit: Microwave either an apple, a peach or a pear for 2-3 minutes. Remove and dust with cinnamon. Allow to cool. Add a spoon of no-calorie butter spray and a few packs of Equal or Splenda.  Enjoy for under 100 calories! The pear and peach version fall below 50 calories. What a deal, eh?
