ONLY NATURAL FOODS FOR WEIGHT LOSS EXPERIMENT

A few extra seconds of your time could be all that you need to lose weight.  How so?  How could losing weight be 'THIS' easy?

This is another one of our easiest Diet Experiments!  For ONE WEEK, omit all of foods that are not 'natural foods' from your diet.  Opt for lean roasted meats, dairy products, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

Drink water as your beverage; a wedge of lemon, lime or orange should help in keeping you happy.  Remember, it's only ONE WEEK.

Although cheese is a processed food, allow this to be part of your diet. Avoid 'cheese food', however.

Some other good examples that you can eat are: all fresh fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, bread, milk, cottage cheese, lean meats, nuts and seeds.

At the end of the week, see how well that you did. Take care not to go ape and eat every natural food in sight, or the experiment certainly won't work. Weigh before you begin your Diet Experiment, and the morning after your diet ends.

Sugar is also considered a natural food, even though it is processed, so a spoon or two in your water and lemon should do nicely!
