Try this Diet Experiment for ONE WEEK. At the end of the week, see how well that you did. Weigh before you begin your Diet Experiment, and the morning after your diet ends.

Some excellent breakfast suggestions: 1 egg any way you like it fixed, 2 slices of microwaved bacon, 1 slice of toast with no calorie butter spray and a spoon of jam, 1 glass of skimmed milk.
