Shutting Out Snacks for Weight Loss

A few extra seconds of your time could be all that you need to lose weight. How so?  How could losing weight be 'THIS' easy?

For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended.

For one week, shut the doors on all snacks in your daily diet, including afternoon and evening beverages. Know beforehand that this might be difficult to accomplish if you are a heavy snacker, especially during the evening hours if you are an avid tv fan. 


However, you may discover that snacks make up the big wall that is blocking your way to thinness!  

This Diet Experiment will also assist you in helping you to know just how much snacking you are doing throughout the day. A piece of candy here and a soda there really add up.

How well did you do? Did you manage to get through the entire week without snacking? Most importantly, did the numbers on your scale go down a bit? If so, this may be all that you need to do to ensure Weight Loss Success!
