For one week, keep all sweets out of
your diet. In the interim, enjoy sugar substitutes.
Sugar and oil are the two biggest foes
of dieting. And the thing about sugar is that the more you eat,
the more you want. At the end of the week, see if you achieved

As a note, sugar does not cause diabetes.

the blood.
