PULLING YOUR SWEET TOOTH FOR WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS

For ONE WEEK, try the following Diet Experiment. Be sure and weigh the morning you begin your Diet Experiment and again on the first morning after your experiment has ended. For one week, keep all sweets out of your diet. In the interim, enjoy sugar substitutes.

Sugar and oil are the two biggest foes of dieting. And the thing about sugar is that the more you eat, the more you want. At the end of the week, see if you achieved weight loss.  If so, pulling that sweet tooth may indeed be the key to your Weight Loss Success.
