help prepare this recipe.
Diet Jingle Balls
1/2 cup of Old-Fashioned Oats - Uncooked
1 Teaspoon of Golden Raisins
1 Teaspoon of Dark Raisins
1 Teaspoon of Dried Cranberries
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Pecans
1 Chopped Fresh Date, if desired
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1/3 - 1/2 Ripened Banana - Mashed
1 Teaspoon of REAL Rum OR Vanilla
Extract
Mix all of the ingredients and form balls. Again,
this recipe makes a lot of balls for about 2 servings; 150 calories per serving.
