So, we've established our Diet Skeleton
as follows:
Breakfast
Mid-Morning Snack
Lunch
Mid-Afternoon Snack
Early & Light Dinner
Bedtime Snack
Now we'll take our diet a step
further by adding some meat to these bones by defining the types
of foods that you need to incorporate into your daily diet.
In
simple terms, the following foods are the foods that you should
eat each and every day in your diet:
Fruits
Vegetables
Proteins
Fats
Dairy
Grains
In addition, you should drink
at least 8 cups of water each day.
Looking at the foods above, we
immediately know what vegetables are, and what fruits are, and what
dairy products are, and what fats are BUT what about grains and
